Honest Drunk has no accounts, no sign-up, no email addresses and no advertising trackers. You type a name, you play, and everything about the night is deleted shortly after.
Your private answers are never shown to other players — only aggregated, anonymous results from the whole room.
The display name you type when you join (1–18 characters) and a random cartoon avatar assigned to you.
Your private answers to the confession questions, your public votes, and the emoji reactions you fire off.
Game progress for the room you are in: which phase the game is in, who has finished answering, and the scores.
Anonymous usage counts to improve the game: rooms created, games started and finished, share-button taps, whether you joined by QR code or by typing the code, and whether you're on a phone. These never include your name, your answers or your votes, and they stay after the room is deleted.
No email addresses, phone numbers, real identities or payment details.
No third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts.
We do not use tracking cookies. The only things saved on your device are your anonymous player token and, for the host, the room's host key — both random, both meaningless outside your room.
Nobody during the confession phase — not even the host. The host's phone never shows anyone's answers.
During a reveal, the game only publishes what the whole room voted for, never who answered what privately.
Votes are anonymous. At most, a single voter can be revealed when the accused player asks for receipts — one name, never the full list.
Every room self-destructs 12 hours after it is created. Names, answers, votes and reactions all go with it.
Starting a new round erases the previous round's answers and votes immediately.
The host can delete the room — and everything in it — at any moment from the recap screen.
Honest Drunk is strictly for adults: 18+ only.
Every player confirms consent before joining, and everyone can pass any question or consequence with no explanation and no punishment.
Alcohol is optional — Chill mode has no drinking consequences at all.
